The RSA-15, Report of Vending Facility Program, is the data collection instrument for the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Facility Program. In most agencies, fiscal and program staff complete the RSA-15. Recently, the RSA-15 was revised and an overview of the new form and instructions will be provided primarily in the context of using the RSA Management Information System.
