Summary: This webinar will inform the audience of procedures that have been used by South Carolina and Maryland.   Model Demonstration grantees will provide information that has been useful in assisting state VR agencies in providing effective transition services. This webinar will inform the audience of procedures that have been used by the state of South Carolina. This is the second of three webinars that will be provided by the Model Demonstration grantees on behalf of the Transition TA Priority Development Group.
