A word about teleconferencing within Webex: We do not use VOIP for the audio portion of the seminar. Everyone uses teleconference. When you first enter the training session, a box will appear asking for your phone number. Follow the instructions, and your phone will ring back, allowing you to hear the presentation. If you miss this box, go to the command bar under communication and select "enter teleconference". The box will appear.

If you need assistance, contact Michael Millington via email ([email protected]) or phone (432) 797-3488. Please contact at least one day in advance of the training.
