Check batteries for charge and load test; check battery terminals and connectors, ocver exposed terminals, Check battery dates, clean out debris, check electrical connections between units, lubricate the brake, inspect the breaker, lubricate wheels, tighten all connections, check and lubricate the seat post, tighten the tiller arm, turn key and observe voltage meter for proper good connections throughout.
